How can I search for essays?
In the Katalog plus under the tab "Articles and more" you will be shown hits from the extensive sources of the EDS-Index and thus in particular so-called dependent publications, such as articles from journals, individual chapters from books or contributions from collective works.
Please note: Access to electronic content that the UB has purchased or for which it has concluded licenses is generally only possible if you are working within the University network or are connected to it via VPN.
If you are not offered a link to the full text, for example, because the record is a printed book, you can use the "How do I get it" icon to start a search for availability.
Attention: Not all hits belong to the collection of the University Library of Siegen. Please note the information under "How do I get it" to the right of a hit. On the following page you can now see in which other libraries the book is available and order it via interlibrary loan if necessary. You can also send a purchase suggestion to the library.
To search for articles from other sources, it is best to use the subject-specific bibliographies and databases. You can find these in the Katalog plus under the tab "eResources".
