State examination, Diploma-, Bachelor's and Master's theses

For the publication of your work in OPUS Siegen you need a recommendation of the tutor and the approval of the examination office (see below). Students of the faculty III have to deliver a confidentiality declaration in addition to the other mentioned forms.

• Please note

Because of the protection of data privacy the curriculum vitae, the matriculation number and other personal data should not be included in the electronic version.

• 1 electronic version in original format

Printed documents

• Publication contract with your tutor’s recommendation for publishing together with the additional form for the approval of the responsible examination office: two copies, signed by you and us.

    Sample

• Only for students of the faculty III: as an additional form a confidentiality undertaking will be generated: you have to print two copies and hand one signed copy over to the examination office, the other to the Hochschulschriften- und Tauschstelle.
